• Some bookings may require a deposit to secure your spot.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, our policy is as follows:

• Up to 7 days before: Full refund.
• Less than 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

• Positive Scape is not responsible for any personal belongings during the sessions or retreats.
• Participants are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through misuse of facilities.

• If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before attending.
• Sharing or distributing our materials without permission is not allowed.
